Commission B Holds Joint Meeting with BUMDs

Yesterday, City Council Commission B held joint meeting with BUMDs.

Several BUMDs have done their job well. Thus dividend amounts is increased from previous year

It was done to have further review on City Budget 2017's Accountability Report (LKPJ) which has been conveyed by Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan before.

Commission C Visit KBN to Discuss About Dividend

City Council Commission B Head, Abdurahman Suhaimi mentioned, his side encourages BUMDs to increase its dividends more than the previous year.

"Several BUMDs have done their job well. Thus dividend amounts is increased from previous year," he stated, Wednesay (7/11).

At the same place, PT. Transjakarta Director, Budi Kaliwono explained, his company's dividends are increasing due to increase on customers in 2016-2017 period.

In 2016, Transjakarta passenger was recorded at 402 thousand people per day. While in 2017, it increased into 440 thousand people per day.

"We target it to reach one million people in 2018. With it, we can increase our dividend," he conveyed.

For information, some BUMD's dividends that have been submitted to Jakarta Provincial Government are from PT. Transjakarta with Rp 22 billion in 2017, PT. Jakpro Rp 49.2 billion in 2016 and Rp 95.2 billion in 2017.

Meanwhile, PT. Pembangunan Jaya in 2017 has submitted Rp 317 billion and PT. Food Station Tjipinang Jaya has submitted Rp 5,032 billion in May 2018.
